Birdie Nicksic is a Charleston-based real estate investor and design visionary with over a decade of experience transforming multimillion-dollar homes and commercial spaces. A 30-year acting veteran in Hollywood, Birdie now channels her storytelling roots into the world of immersive design, blending psychology and tech to create spaces that evoke emotional buy-in and lasting impact.
She is the founder of i.e. (immerse. emerge.), a full-sensory immersion design studio launching soon in cities across the country, as well as the voice behind a new YouTube channel exploring the future of immersive design and architectural alchemy.
Birdie also founded Forma & Co., a tiered design consultation model built specifically for real estate investors — bringing high-impact aesthetics and strategic vision to investment properties at every level.
